My Client who was founded 8 years ago with the intention of being the best recruitment consultancy in their market, and are now widely recognised as one of the leaders in their field are now looking to add to their team of 5 in lovely town centre offices.
Their management team have over 20 years combined industry experience. Each of their consultants/resourcers is a specialist in their particular sector.
This role is also client facing... you will have some experience of being a recruitment consultant, minimum 6 months, ideally in 360 degree role.
You will be expected to:
Build relationships with existing clients as well as prospect clients.
Search for candidates and build relationships with them, Interview them and make sure that they have the right skills and abilities for the vacancies.
Have excellent rapport building skills
Goo telephone manner friendly and professional and knows how to mirror clients
Tenacious and hungry to succeed in a competitive recruitment environment
Good Microsoft applications as well as knowing your way around a computer
Excellent verbal s well as written communication skills
Takes pride in work and appearance
Competitive and the will to succeed
Happy to pick up the phone and make calls and build rapport
Full clean license as you will be expected to visit clients
Negotiable basic salary with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission
