Clark James Recruitment are working with a leading Estate Agency based in Ashford, Kent.
Due to recent expansion and ongoing growth within the business they are looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator into the business.
Candidate
• Previous estate agency experience essential
Candidates will be bright, ambitious and enthusiastic!
Must be able to demonstrate a successful sales record/history, have excellent communication skills and understanding of the property market with previous Estate Agency experience and exposure to targets.
Experience within Valuations is a distinct advantage.
Candidates must have a self sufficient and proactive attitude.
Candidate will be somebody who is motivated by money and success and someone who is keen to move up the ladder.
Our client is happy to consider applications from any candidate with previous Estate Agency experience.
Role
Working within a busy and sales focused environment helping to build a strong portfolio of quality properties.
Package
This is an employed role that offers a excellent commission structure with strong overall earning potential (realistic earning potential for year one - £35,000).
