Based in the centre of Tunbridge Wells, my client is looking for a new Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of a successful, growing consultancy within a niche, lucrative and worldwide market.
The candidate will have recruitment experience (within any discipline) and the ability to demonstrate a consistent track record of hitting/ exceeding targets.
You will have the tools and support you need to be a successful consultant, however you will need to be self motivated, money motivated, tenacious, enthusiastic and driven with a sense of humour.
This is a warm and cold desk, therefore the ability to earn commission is achievable from month one.
basic salary negotiable depending on experience with an excellent uncapped commission structure.
