Typical day in the life of a Customer Care Engineer:
• Attending to residents homes to rectify faults
• Ensuring reports are sent daily for every job
• Carrying out Risk Assessments for yourself and our customers safety
• Calling customers to update them on your daily plans and when they can expect you
• Be a part of the call out rota
• Providing feedback about faults, so we can continually improve
What are we looking for:

• Someone who has Plumbing and Heating experience and is Gas Safe Registered
• Someone who is good at assessing a situation and finding the solution
• Someone who is happy to represent the company to customers in a professional but friendly manner
• Someone who is generally happy in nature and loves communicating with people
• Someone who wants to ensure that the customer receives really high-quality levels of service and has a desire to ensure that they have a great experience
• Someone who is passionate about promoting chargeable works
• Someone who has a full driving licence

£48,000 - £50,000 (7 to 5 Mon – Fri – 30 minutes lunch)
