We have an urgent requirement for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to work for our client in the Faversham area on a 3 month temporary basis.
You will be part of an Accounts Payable Team and will be required to process supplier invoices and expenses reports in a timely efficient manner.
The main duties will be to process large volumes of invoices on a daily basis, carry out monthly reconciliations of supplier statements and process business expense reports. You will also process multi-currency payment runs and deal with internal and external queries.
You must have previous experience of working in an Accounts Payable role. Sap experience would be an advantage but not essential however you must be proficient in the use of Excel.
The hours of work are 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday with an immediate start.
