Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client, one of Kent’s leading recruitment agencies for a Recruitment Consultant. This role will be based at their Sittingbourne head office.
This role will be primarily focused on recruitment for the LGV Driving Sector
The role will entail:
• Interviewing candidates – through Zoom, telephone or face to face
• Assisting candidates through the whole recruitment process from start to finish
• Assisting with marketing in order to generate new clients and leads
• Admin tasks – formatting CV’s, arranging interviews, etc.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
• Previous experience working as a recruiter within the driving sector
• At least 2 years’ experience working as a temporary recruiter
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent customer service skills and confidence when speaking to people both in person and on the phone
• The ability to self-motivate
The salary for this role is negotiable based on experience
