Due to ongoing growth, they are currently seeking a PA/Office Manager to join their established team based near Aylesford on a full time, permanent basis.

The PA/Office Manager will directly support the Managing Director in all aspect of their role. The primary function is to undertake organisational and administrative tasks on behalf of the Managing Director wherever possible, coupled with the planning of staff welfare activities throughout the year.

Responsibilities will include:

Manage the diary of the Managing Director and organising meetings and appointments
Organising events and conferences, booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation as requested
Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls internally and externally
Advise the Managing Director of their weekly commitments and prepare supporting material required for that week
Manage and filter all issues requiring the attention of the Managing Director, directly handling them where possible and referring other issues to the appropriate management team member as required
Plan, budget and organise the annual staff welfare activities to help maintain relations for all staff in and out of work

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a PA/Office Manager/Senior Administration role and be available to start immediately on a temporary basis with a view to going permanent. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5pm and Friday 8.30am-2.30pm.
