Team Teach Trained Teaching Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant who is Team Teach trained in the Westerham area on a long term, temporary basis, starting in September 2022.

To be considered for this role you will need experience working with students between the ages of 11 and 18. Due to the location of this role, you will need to have your own transport. You will also need to have had Team Teach training.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

* Ability to work with groups of students and 1-1
* A good understanding of SEN
* Ability to follow policies including behaviour management and rewards
* Flexibility in approach to classroom delivery and learning material
* You must have training in Moving & Handling
