Our client, based locally in Crowborough, are expanding! Due to business growth and industry-wide growth, the team are ready to welcome in a new member to their Customer Services department.
Join a friendly, mixed, small team, in a customer-centric role. Your responsibilities will involve outbound contact to existing and dormant customers, managing relationships and softly upselling products/services.
Our client's biggest priority is the welfare of, and relationships with, their customers. You will have great customer service skills, be proactive in approach, but empathetic and friendly in nature. Enjoy a low-pressure environment, with some soft targets - no hard-sales required!
