Office Angels are so excited to be recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator based in Maidstone. Working for a well-established and busy electrical contractor, this is a role you can really make your own with flexibility in hours and the chance to make a real difference to this expanding business.



Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

Location: Maidstone

Salary: £20-25k depending on experience.

Hours: Monday-Friday - hours can be worked between 7am and 6pm, for example 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm etc.

The role:

This is a new role within this expanding business so the opportunity to make it your own and become an integral part of this company is available for the right candidate. There will be the opportunity to grow the role by adding new elements of the job i.e. H&S, Purchasing.

As the Customer Service Administrator your key responsibilities would be:

* Speaking to customers to arrange visits from the electrical contractors
* Handling incoming calls from customers
* Inputting invoice details
* Managing all queries over email



We'd love to speak to candidates with the following skills:

* Experience using simPRO
* Experience within the construction industry
* Experience within a similar role
* Excellent communication skills
* Great customer service skills with good telephone manner.
