JOB TITLE: In-person Market Researcher



LOCATION: Broadstairs



SALARY: £11 per hour



TERM: 5 days only



HOURS: Flexible, 4 hours daily between 9:30am - 6pm



START: 5 days between 1st and 10th July



Office Angels are delighted to be supporting our Client based Broadstairs who are seeking two Market Researchers to join them on a temporary basis to complete a campaign they currently have. You will be responsible for speaking to customers to gain their feedback and gain knowledge on how their experience could be improved, following a set questionnaire and submitting the responses on an IPad/laptop.



The day to day duties in your new job would be:

* Engaging with customers to gain feedback on their experience
* Following a questionnaire and inputting answers on to an IPad/laptop
* Submitting answers for market research efficiently
* Working closely with the public, you will be required to approach customers in person therefore you must be confident holding conversations with the general public



We'd love to speak to candidates who have:

* Previous face to face customer service experience with a minimum of 1 year experience
* Professional and polite manner
* Confident speaking with the general public
