A newly created role within a stable growth business for Financial Controller reporting to MD and managing a team. This position is number one is finance, and suited to someone looking to lead the growth of a finance department, developing existing talent and hiring new talent in line with company demand. The role will be on the SLT which is a highly collaborative team led through consensus with strong leadership at the top.
Key requirements -
- Qualified Accountant
- Team leadership experience ideal
- Can operate in a customer facing capacity
- Involvement with SLT decisions long term
- Input into commercial tenders
- Strong communication skills
