Finance Assistant - Salary: £21,000- £24,000

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Assistant to join a growing company.

The day-to-day duties of the "Finance Assistant" are varied to support the finance team by performing accounting tasks, including processing and recording transactions, preparing reports, fielding communications with clients and vendors, fact-checking, filing and other duties, as needed.

7 stage role brief:

Manage Purchase Ledger for all entities
Process and manage company credit cards
Process employee expense claims
Payment runs for all suppliers and employee expenses
Process bank, bank recs, and cash flow spreadsheet
Timesheet Management

Requirements;

Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
AAT Level 2 or 3 (Not essential)
Excellent mathematical skills
At least five GCSEs, grades A-C)
Attention to Detail
Good analytical skills
Willingness to undertake further external training
