PW Construction are looking for a Working Foreman to work in Faversham, Kent.
Key Responsibilities
* Have a good level of understanding in general construction, ideally trade qualified (carpentry preferred), and SSSTS.
* Responsible for being the point of contact between workers and Project Manager
* Coordinating tasks for the day including but not limited to creating schedules for workers, oversee quality of the site, managing the budget and daily inspections of site in accordance to drawings
* Managing specialist sub-contractors and signing off their works
* Procurement of standard materials from approved suppliers in advance
