The PA to the Receiver General (Chief Operating Officer) & Director of Finance & Planning (Chief Financial Officer) provides effective administrative support to the Offices of the Receiver General and Director of Finance & Planning.
Key responsibilities include:
- Timely handling of correspondence and enquiries;
- Preparation and distribution of meeting papers;
- Meeting and travel preparations and arrangements;
- Minute taking;
- Diary management;
- Liaison with both internal departments and external organisations;
- Hospitality requirements;
- Close liaison with the Deans office and Canons PA.
We are seeking candidates who:
- have had experience in a similar position requiring discretion and high level administrative or executive level support in a complex environment;
- are able to build effective relationships and network at all levels;
- have excellent IT, written, numerical and verbal communication skills;
- has proven ability to take accurate notes / minutes for complex meetings;
- are articulate, professional, discreet and calm under pressure;
- are able to work flexibly and vary hours when necessary.
This post is offered on a fixed term basis to 7th April 2023 covering maternity leave, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
