Trainee / Junior Contracts Manager
Location: Kent
Salary: From £25K for someone with minimal experience, up to £45K for someone with relevant experience
Our client is looking to recruit a Trainee / Junior Contracts Manager to assist with business growth.
Our client carry out a variety of works from new build developments to heritage restorations in both the domestic and commercial sectors. Their projects can vary anywhere between small works to £1.5m.
A Trainee Contracts Manager would be expected to assist the Contracts Managers in day to day duties, progressing to managing your own projects up to £50k in value. Responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, budgeting and forecasting costs, programme management, Health and Safety monitoring and implementation and procurement.
If you are currently working as a Contracts Manager, you would be expected to come in and manage your own projects from day 1.
