Accounting Manager

£30,000 / £35,000

We are partnering with a growing Kent based company who are looking for an accounting manager to manage a small team within the invoicing team.

Some of the key duties will include:

* Reporting to the financial director and liaising with other departments to interpret and communicate financial data
* Ensuring invoices go onto the system correctly and dealing with any invoice queries
* Assisting with the reporting and analysis of financial performance
* Monitoring and evaluating financial information systems and suggesting improvements where needed
* Making sure all invoicing is correct and up to date to avoid customer complaints and queries

Perks:

The job offers a competitive salary with 25 days holiday as well as bank holidays, and although relevant accounting qualifications are preferred (CIMA/ACCA), they will offer a study package to complete professional qualifications (depending on experience).

Requirements:

* Part qualified CIMA or ACCA / qualified by experience
* Experience in managing teams
* Come from a financial background
* IT proficiency
* Professionalism and commitment, strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
