Food and Beverage Manager
We are looking for a professional Food and Beverage Manager to be responsible for managing all F&B
operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience.
Responsibilities
Manage all F&B day to day operations within the clubhouse to the highest standards
Excellent levels of internal and external customer service
Work alongside the Head Chef regarding menu planning
Comply with all health and safety regulations
BIIAB Level 2 award for personal licence holders required
Working knowledge of various computer programs
Knowledge of cellar management - line cleaning, maintenance, stock rotation
Check food and beverage supplies and place orders
Managing the daily diary, providing information to the chef
Setting up various styles of the restaurant for different functions
To organise staff Rotas and time sheets
Maintaining all areas of the bar and restaurant
Providing staff with support and training
You need to be flexible, however, weekend work will be as part of the rota.
