My client a well established Sales and Lettings agent based in Gillingham are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their business. The successful candidate should have a years experience working in a similar environment with a good work ethic to succeed and desire to build a long lasting career.
You will be responsible for the marketing of different properties online as well as conducting surveys and viewings. You will also be liaising closely with tenants and clients to ensure they receive a high level of customer service. Additionally, dealing with the administration of legal documents.
