Head/Director of Client Services (Digital Marketing) - Langley – Hybrid - £40,000 - £45,000 DOE

I am working for a fabulous Creative Digital Agency who are looking for a Head/Director of Client Services (Digital Marketing) to join their dynamic, supportive, and friendly team. You will be a seasoned client-facing individual with the ability to maintain the loyalty of existing clients and generate new business sales. Reporting to the Account Director you will:

• Manage a team; mentoring and nurturing Junior Account Managers
• Organise, plan, manage and deliver a variety of digital marketing activities that promote clients products and services for brand
awareness and/or lead generation
• Produce and present project SLAs and proposals
• Lead scoping and discovery sessions with key stakeholders
• Conduct marketing strategy sessions
• Implement agreed content strategies on client’s portals including blogs, websites and email marketing campaigns

About you:

• A sense of humour!!
• Minimum 5 years account management experience within a marketing agency
• Extensive knowledge and experience of all areas of digital marketing
• Paid search experience – in particular, Google and LinkedIn
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Experience working within the regulated markets sector advantageous
• Experience and knowledge of HubSpot advantageous
• Proven track record of the delivery and execution of successful client marketing campaigns, achieving target KPIs
