I am working with a manufacturing organisation based in Medway who work with various industries such as construction and industrial who are looking for a sales administrator to provide administrative support to their sales team and provide excellent customer service.
The sales administrator will be responsible for:
• Answering incoming calls
• Being responsible for central mailbox
• Updating spreadsheets
• Provide support to external sales reps
• Check internal systems for tasks to move orders forward
• Liaise with transport companies re deliveries
• Completing commercial invoices for factory/hauliers
• Checking Internal BI Figures
• Weekly updates to Accounts for invoicing
• Providing quarterly report for Accounts/Sales Director
• Marketing posts for LinkedIn
• H&S Diary and monthly checklist management with the Sales Director
• Replenishing Office Supplies
The suitable candidate will have the below experience for the sales administrator:
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience working within a high-pressured environment
• Excellent prioritisation skills
• Confident using Microsoft packages
• Excellent time management
• Previous experience working within administration/ customer-based role
Extras for the sales administrator:
• Free onsite parking
• Full time permanent position
• Mon – Thurs 8:15am- 4:45pm
• Fri – 8am – 4pm
• Discretionary bonus
• 25 days holiday per year + 8 Bank Holidays
• Salary £22-£26k depending one experience
