We are currently supporting a Sandwich based technology business to recruit an Inbound Customer Service Advisor to cover their weekend hours. There will be two weeks training to start and you will need to be available to undertake the paid training from Monday to Friday 12-17.00pm, some of which will be based at the Sandwich office. Hours will then be working from home covering an 8-hour shift on both a Saturday & Sunday - laptop supplied.
The Customer Service Advisor role is aimed at providing the highest level of support to users of the company's systems by fielding inbound inquiries. You will be a first class communicator, confident over the phone and able to execute exceptional customer experience.
You will be responsible for the following:
* Provide support to system users in multiple countries via the telephone and email ensuring good written English at all times
* Clearly document all communication with system users.
* Resolve user-reported issues and communicate resolution back to system user.
* Escalate system issues to project teams when necessary for resolution.
* Provide input on current support processes and suggest improvements.
* Work collaboratively with application services project teams to ensure full understanding of details of each system they will be supporting.
* Effectively manage issues and the escalation of issues and eventual resolution within agreed upon SLAs.
* Full training given.
You will need to be an experienced Customer Service Advisor with experience of call handling and be technically minded.
The Customer Service line is a 24/7 operation and they work on three 8-hour shifts of 07.00 to 15.00/ 15.00 to 23.00/ 23.00 to 07.00 (individual preferences will be considered)
Hourly rate £10.58/hr.
