PW Construction are looking for a Working foreman to work on a site in Faversham.
* Have a good level of understanding in general construction, ideally trade qualified (carpentry preferred), and SMSTS
* Responsible for being the point of contact between workers and Project Manager
* Coordinating tasks for the day including but not limited to creating schedules for workers, oversee quality of the site, managing the budget and daily inspections of site in accordance to drawings
* Managing specialist sub-contractors and signing off their works
* Procurement of standard materials from approved suppliers in advance
* Activities on site are in line with health and safety procedures including conducting Toolbox talks
