SEO Manager -Tunbridge Wells – Hybrid (only 1 day in the office!!) -Full time – Permanent - £40k - £45k

My client, an exclusive, global retail company is looking for an experienced SEO Manager to join their fast-growing team. This company offers a fun, challenging, collaborative and family-oriented work environment in a fast-paced and rapidly growing business as well as opportunities for progression.

You will manage and develop the SEO team whilst collaborating with the digital marketing, creative and content teams promoting some of the world’s most exclusive brands.

You will:

• Develop the SEO
• Lead the technical optimisation of the site
• Lead organic growth initiatives with clear KPI’s and communication
• Guide & support content and digital teams through keyword research & insights
• Mentor junior team members progression with one to one support, training and external event opportunities
• Keyword tracking, Metadata updates, Blog optimisation, Search Console analysis, Google Analytics analysis
• Competitor Analysis
• Oversee Outreach and Link building strategies
• Develop and optimise content and campaigns

To be successful you will need:

Essential
• Experience of SEO at a senior level within current / previous roles
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to demonstrate a passion and drive to learn more about SEO
• Positive attitude to new challenges

Desirable:
• A degree qualification in any discipline
• An excellent understanding of International SEO
• Extensive Knowledge of Google Analytics and Search Console
• Experience with SEO software (including SEMRush, Oncrawl, Ahrefs etc.)
