A superb opportunity exists for two Employee Relations Advisors to join our client for a permanent contract due to expansion. You'll join a team of professionals in supporting the business in day to day employee relations issues for a selection of SME's and larger organisations. Offering an extension to their HR team, embedding yourself within their business and supporting on a range of ER subjects such as disciplinary meetings, grievances, performance management and absence management.

You will be CIPD level 3 and have good experience in these areas of employment law with the ability to hit the ground running, advising on these matters with confidence.

You will be personable, empathetic and have exemplary approach to customer relations, enjoying the challenge and mix of businesses and sectors.

Experience in supporting managers remotely (phone/email) on their employment relations issues would be an advantage and experience of high level involvement in employment relations projects would be essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with a confident approach to people, both face to face and on the phone.
