We have an exciting and rare opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join our client on the customer services team. You will have great initiative, good eye for detail and strong interpersonal skills. Your role will be to provide excellent customer service, handling enquiries via telephone and email, processing orders and monitoring through to completion, preparing quotations and liaising with internal departments and external suppliers.
Responsibilities:
* Create practical procedures which incorporate checks for accuracy
* Providing the highest level of customer service - providing practical advice and technical knowledge (training will be provided)
* Produce and complete business correspondence
* Research facts and resolve issues in a timely and thorough manner
Requirements:
* Ability to write good business correspondence
* High level of numeracy and literacy
* Fully proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
* Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
* Manage a varied workload
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.15pm
