The Atlas Recruitment Group are currently searching for a Desktop Support Engineer to join an established and successful IT Managed Service Provider on a permanent basis out of their office in Southwest London. This role will be a mixture between office work and providing on-site support at a key customer of theirs in the Finance space.

This organisation have had a lot of success since their inception, going on to opening operations in key finance hubs in the US, London, Ukraine and the Philippines. Now, they are focusing their growth on their London operation and have seen 100% year on year growth. This role is ideal for someone with a couple of years of IT Support/Desktop Support experience and are looking for a highly professional environment to establish themselves within.

Key Experience required:

* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Experience supporting end-users
* Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint
* Supporting Windows 10 and HP/Dell workstations
* Networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP

Nice-to-Have:

* Citrix or VSphere Virtualisation
* Scripting/Automation
* Working within an MSP or Finance/Investment environment
