Process Mining Consultant

Hays Intelligent Automation are looking for a Process Mining Consultant with proven capability in implementing process mining tools to enable clients to effectively mine their data.

You'll then turn this data into decisions about Process Simplification and Intelligent Automation re-engineering.


* You will be highly analytical in your approach to develop data-driven process insights and actions.
* You make digital business processes transparent and ensure that customers receive maximum value
* You will contribute to practice development initiatives including; process mining capabilities building a team, upskilling, knowledge management, whitepapers, etc.
* You expertly handle customers' individual needs and are quickly able to take over more responsibility


What you'll need to succeed


* Practical working experience in the areas of management consulting, digital transformation and / or process consulting - preferably experience in the field of process mining.
* Hands on implementation experience with at least 1 leading process mining tool, e.g., Celonis, UiPath, Fortress IQ, Lanalabs, etc. Bonus points for experience with Celonis EMS
* Be able to provided advisory and implementation expertise to clients including use case and business case development for advanced technologies.
* Experience and competence in building a consulting tool kit for Automation Advisory (e.g., business case, scorecard, security compliance, solutioning and deployment architecture).
