A position for a Senior Team Leader has arisen within a dynamic professional services company
Main duties
* Manage, motivate, and develop the team
* Regularly manage workload levels across the team
* Produce regular reports and feedback
* Performance manage the team
* Ensure procedure manuals are kept up to date
* Work in close alignment with the Training and Compliance Officer
* Contribute to the continual improvement of systems and processes
* Implement Quality Assurance processes
* Lead on specific pieces of work or projects
Experience
* Proven experience working within an operational payroll function
* Fully experienced in payroll
* Excellent knowledge of payroll
* Supervision of a payroll team
* Up to date with current Employment and HMRC legislation
