Following a period of strong growth, Qualitex Supplies Ltd are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our busy accounts department based in Aylesford, near Maidstone. This role is varied, and we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to provide support to our existing team.
Main duties will include:
• Dealing with invoice queries from customers
• Obtaining payment for unpaid/overdue invoices
• Allocation of monies received on Sage 1000
• Day to day office tasks
The role will then broaden to provide flexibility and depth to the department.
Essential skills required:
• Numerate
• Accurate and resourceful
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Show flexibility and initiative
• Proficient in Microsoft products
Previous office/accounts experience would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be given.
Own transportation is recommended due to our location having poor public transport links.
