Junior CDP / Trainee Chef - Excellent Training Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic, Junior CDP/ Trainee Chef to help in all aspects of cooking across the kitchen.
The Lamp Room Restaurant @ Betteshanger Park is a brand-new venture, with the goal to build a successful and thriving restaurant. We offer breakfast and lunch, cooked to the high standards of the head chef. We have a function room with a capacity for events of 100 – 150 people, with the aim of using for Weddings, Conferences, Functions and other events.
Hours will be based around a 6 - 10 hour day shift, with occasional evenings included for events in the future. You will be required to work weekends as the park is open 7 days a week.
Competitive rate of pay. In addition all staff are entitled to holiday pay and to join the workplace pension scheme. The ideal candidate will have weddings/function experience (but not essential as full training will be given)
