National Express Transport Solutions Group, operating in the UK as a division of the National Express Group, specialises in providing bespoke transport solutions. We have an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Executive, based at Kings Ferry Gillingham. You will handle sales enquiries and requests from repeat bookers and contracts. The Key Account Executive will carry out sales, review customer spend and identify new business growth opportunities.

What you'll do...

Responsible for maintaining and developing existing customer relationships

Develop contact strategy and an account plan for each contract to enable on going sales and retention

Actively seek new opportunities within existing accounts to support client growth and retention.

Understand client requirements and develop account sales plans to grow revenues

Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension or renewal, as appropriate.

What you’ll need…

Be proactive and self motivated

Ability to build customer relations and understand the customer requirements

To be able to think outside the box

Previous experience in B2B relationship management preferable

Microsoft Excel skills preferable
