National Express Transport Solutions Group, operating in the UK as a division of the National Express Group, specialises in providing bespoke transport solutions. We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Travel Consultant, based in Gillingham who will provide effective management support and be responsible for dealing with day to day sales enquiries and requests from new prospects and potential customers for B2B/Leisure. This will predominantly be incoming however there will be outbound sales campaigns to generate leads and opportunities.
What you'll do...
Secure bookings for Kings Ferry Group and NETS private hires.
Liaise with new and existing customers on a daily basis in order to maximise revenue.
Achieve weekly, monthly and annual KPI’s.
Develop strong customer relationships to ensure customers are open to trying our services.
Provide prompt customer quotations.
Ensure CRM and Coach Manager booking systems are used effectively.
Responsible for managing all aspects of service delivery, liaising with internal and external stakeholders along the way.
Responsible for answering customer calls effectively and completing outbound calls as part of business as usual.
