We are currently recruiting for the NHS for a Bed allocation administrator. Based at Maidstone Hospital.

Your new role
The role is to provide support for Patient flow though the Care Coordination Centre. You will be required to allocate beds to waiting patients being admitted. Along with this you will be providing administrative and clerical support in order to achieve patient flow. Dealing with the Sisters, Nurses to liaise and plan availability for allocation of beds. Good customer service would be required to deal with a lot of different departments.
3 shifts per week 7am to 7.30pm can include weekends. Shift pattern is confirmed 6 weeks in advance.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience within an Administration role along with logical thinking and be able to plan and react in a timely manner.

What you'll get in return
Working on a Band 3 position.
£21,000 per annum. £10.74 per hour Basic rate. Temporary position with Permanent contract offered.
28 days holiday plus Bank holiday
Free staff parking on site.
