A global manufacturing business and a leader in their field, is looking to recruit a key role within their Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement team. You will be responsible for the delivery of process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across multi brands and locations within their EMEA region. Ultimately, you will be playing an important role in helping to foster a culture of sustainable change through the creation and embedding of LEAN methodology to deliver business transformation.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

* Minimum accredited Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, preferably Black Belt (or equivalent)
* Minimum 5-7 years proven continuous improvement analytical experience from a similar role, including project management and business analysis
* 1-2 years of Management experience required
* Proficient in English and at least another European language (preferably French or German)

Preferred Skills

* Excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts: Six Sigma, Lean, value stream mapping
* Strong analytical, project and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements
* Experience of hands-on implementation of continuous improvement programs and Lean solutions
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of Partners, senior managers, and subject matter experts
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Project, Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

In return, you can expect a competitive basic salary, negotiable depending on experience. A management incentive bonus, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, the option to purchase five more days, health plan, enhanced pension option and life assurance. Core hours are Monday to Friday 37.5 hours although times to suit the other businesses on occasions will be required from different time zones.

Significant travel across France, Germany and the UK will be required up to 50% of your time, with the remainder being home based. Rare occasions to Middle East or India. Driving Licence required for travel.
