This role is ideal for a detail driven individual who enjoys the prospect of a widely varying job role, where tasks will include purchasing, sourcing, machine repair scheduling and sales support. Initially the role is likely to include some packing and dispatching, and product assembly too. If you’re up for this challenge – read on!

This full-time permanent role is available immediately, with full training given to the successful candidate.

This role will include:

Purchasing – from UK, Europe and Far East, including working with suppliers and factories to resolve product issues.

Packing & Dispatch – Some items are sent by courier, some are delivered by our own vehicles. Orders need preparing to make them ready for delivery. This part of the role may decrease to make room for mor customer service / sales support work.

Repairs & Service – Liaising with the engineer to make sure repairs are done as quickly as possible and customers are kept informed with progress.

Customer Service / Sales Support – answering calls, sorting queries, organising repairs, getting quotes for bespoke items, passing on enquiries to the sales team.

Sourcing – working with our R&D person to find necessary products, parts and suppliers, so we can bring new products to market as quickly as possible.

Product Assembly – We will soon be starting the assembly of our own products. This part of the role will include running the schedules for product assembly, organising the needed team members as well as the necessary parts and materials.

This job role will evolve and change over time as the team expands and the workload increases. We’re looking for you to help change the company for the better as we grow!
