This is a great opportunity to work for a family run business as an all-round Administrator, supporting the team with sales order processing and general admin duties. You will be the first point of contact for the company, so you will need to have excellent customer service skills when dealing with customers and taking their orders. You will also need to have excellent attention to detail to both process orders and input invoicing information.
Your main duties will be:
* Customer Service
* Processing of orders over the phone and the website
* Customer invoicing
* Checking of Courier invoicing to prepare for payment
* Checking of customer credit card statements
* Dealing with the occasional customer walk in
* Preparation and allocation of customer receipts and banking
* Any other administration duties
You will need good IT knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel and Word. Sage 200 an advantage but not essential, as training will be given.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00
