Purchase Ledger Clerk required on a temporary basis for a leading business near Dartford.

We are seeking an organised and motivated Purchase Ledger Clerk. You will be responsible for a varied number of functions in a support capacity utilising organisational, analytical, administrative and numerate skills. Professional and highly committed with a can-do approach.
Responsibilities can include but not limited to:
â¦ Coding and processing invoices onto the companies' system
â¦ Preparation of BACS payments
â¦ Expense checking and analysis
â¦ Petty Cash
Desired Skills and Experience
â¦ AAT would be essential (ideally level 3 but flexible) or vast experience in the role.
â¦ At least 4+ years of business experience.
â¦ At least 2+ years of accounts experience.
â¦ Good analytical skills and experience of using Microsoft Word & Excel to an advanced level.
â¦ Organised/ able to plan and prioritise work.
â¦ Methodical with paperwork and ensure an accurate filing system is maintained
