Competitive Commission Structure (OTE £60,000)
We are looking for a self-motivated and driven New Business Sales Executive to join a market-leading company based in Tonbridge. You will be ambitious and strive to provide high levels of customer service.Your main objective will be to identify, qualify and win new client accounts in line with or exceeding monthly targets. You will self generate and develop leads through cold calling, email campaigns and personal networking.

Key responsibilities of the New Business Sales Executive:
*Create, agree and implement an activity plan with appropriate KPI's to drive personal sales activity each month to achieve new business sales targets
*Undertake all planned activity to ensure that revenue and GP targets are achieved or exceeded each month
*Conduct telephone and field sales activity with new client prospects to develop and close pipeline opportunities effectively, ensuring that revenue and margin opportunities are optimised
*Ongoing personal development of skills and competencies to ensure that appropriate and effective professional standards and performance are maintained
*Ensure that levels of customer satisfaction are achieved in line with customer expectations and SLA commitments throughout the onboarding process
*Provide a monthly sales report to an agreed format for new business opportunities
*Maintain an accurate and current pipeline of opportunities within the CRM system
*Understand market product trends and requirements and communicate these to the management team
*Accurate and effective sales reporting relating to new business prospects is vital, keeping the Sales Manager closely informed about new business activity and success
*Good time management and planning skills, particularly relating to new business activity levels, qualification, and pipeline management
*Good interpersonal skills, including empathy and listening
*Enthusiastic and ambitious
*Well organised and adaptable
*Good standard of education
*Clear and concise communicator, verbally and in writing
*Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative when required
*2+ years relevant experience in New Business role ideally within the IT or related technology sector
*Demonstrable sales success including regular achievement of targets
*Good understanding of current IT technology, products and services
*Use of industry standard CRM system
*Use of industry standard sales methodology e.g., SPIN
