Administration Assistant for Sales Order Processing dept
Urgently Needed for our expanding Head Office at Barfrestone, Nr Dover, Kent, CT15 7JG.
The majority of this position will be in the Sales Order Processing Dept entering orders, calling customers etc as they are extremely busy. (In house training will be given)
This position will also involve answering the telephone for Admin when Sales Order processing is quiet, it would need a confident telephone manner, able to use Microsoft Office (i.e Word, Excel) Internet and CRM packages.
Able to deal with current customers and potential new customers from all over the world, mainly on the telephone.
Experience and attributes required for this role are:-
Excellent attention to detail
Previous administration experience
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi task when needed
Able to work within a team
Hours: 08.30am - 5.30pm - non negotiable
Monday - Friday
TRANSPORT IS ESSENTIAL DUE TO THE LOCATION OF THE BUSINESS. THERE IS NO PUBLIC TRANSPORT THAT COMES TO THE VILLAGE.
