Excellent full-time perm payroll & finance coordinator role at an ethical retail company based in Wandsworth

A sustainable and ethical retail/e-commerce company with an international client base. They have a focus on providing first-class and personals service in line with ESG values. They are looking for a payroll and finance coordinator to join their team in South-West London.

Your new role

Working with Heads of Department and the People & Culture team to ensure accurate payroll delivery for weekly and monthly basis - submit to external payroll provider and answer queries.. Process new joiners, leavers, commissions and checking payroll reports that are returned by the payroll provider.

Help manage Accounts Payable inbox, ensuring all invoices are captured in good time and posted to the finance system, Xero. Assisting finance team on month-end. Resolving queries that arise internally and from suppliers.

What you'll need to succeed


* Knowledge of key payroll calculations
* Great Excel skills
* Understanding of end-to-end accounts payable
