Production & Automation Shift Operatives

FloPlast Ltd, based in Sittingbourne, Kent, is a leading manufacturer and supplier of plastic building and plumbing products. We operate from modern, purpose built premises situated on the Eurolink Business Park.

Due to continued expansion, we are currently looking to recruit Production & Automation Shift Operatives

The above positions are based upon a rotating 3-shift system, 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm and 11pm to 7am (Monday to Friday).

Hourly rate of pay £11.07 to £11.35

Starting rate of £11.07 increasing to £11.35 following completion of successful 6 month probationary period.

The positions also offer a Christmas bonus, pension scheme, starting holiday entitlement of 22 days holiday + 8 Bank Holiday days per annum, family & friends referral scheme and free tea & coffee.

Working in a busy environment you will:-

Production Operatives
Check products have been manufactured correctly, trim/clean products when required and pack products into boxes/bags.

Automation Operatives
Operate the automatic assembly machines, check products have been assembled correctly, and pack products into boxes/bags.

Some lifting will be involved with both positions.

You will receive in house training, however previous experience working shifts in a production environment is preferred.
