Residential Surveyor Wanted in Wimbledon (home working)

Your new role
To carry out Survey & Valuation work for UK Banks and Building Societies, along with Red Book Valuations for the purposes of probate, taxation and matrimonial. Carry out homebuyer reports and building surveys (not essential) for private clients

What you'll need to succeed
Experienced surveyor with a thorough knowledge of building pathology, lender guidance and expectations. The successful candidate will have credibility and anb excellent relationship builder both internally and externally. An effective team player who will work 'hands on' where necessary to ensure the business achieves its objectives.
