Accounts Receivable Assistant| Kent | £22k - £24k
Our client a Not For Profit organisation based in Kent are looking for an efficient Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their team. The role will focus on that invoices are raised, to deal with the credit control of invoices raised and to undertake cashier processing for all bank accounts. The organisation is currently working remotely and will continue to with the odd occasion attending the office, so ideally you will live within the Kent area.
Key Duties to Include:
• Ensure that all invoices are raised
• Maintain a record of all contracts/documentation relating to invoices raised electronically.
• Pursue outstanding balances on the sales ledger
• Produce Debtor reports
• Allocate monies received
• Ensure the correct coding of all income related transactions and treasury transactions.
• Work with the Accountants to reconcile Client invoices to budgets and provide reason for variances.
• Month end closedown and processes.
Key skills required:
• Understanding of cash books and purchase and sales ledgers.
• Experience of working within a busy finance team
• Sales ledger experience
• Conscientious, Courteous, attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
