Payroll Assistant
In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate processing of high volumes of transactions on a weekly and monthly basis varying in complexity and will be committed with providing our customers with an excellent service. The role will involve the timely and accurate processing of manual payroll calculations, as well as expenses, overtime, new starters, leavers, changes and administration of company benefit and schemes. The role would expect you to deal with customers of all levels within the business.
Duties include:
* Accurate data inputting of individual time sheets onto Sage
* Setting up new starters, processing leavers and making adjustments
* Manual calculation of payments and statutory deductions
* Payroll reconciliations
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience processing payroll
* Good knowledge of payroll legislation
* Excellent attention to detail
* Sage knowledge is advantageous
