Position: Sous Chef
£40k - 45k

My client is seeking a Sous Chef with a strong restaurant background, who is looking to advance their career by joining this ambitious kitchen which has great career development for the right Chef.

Minimum 2 years sous chef experience at a busy venue in a hands-on role, running the kitchen but also supporting on a section for very busy services.

Good people management essential

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a professional and generous company.

The ideal candidate will have Rosette or Michelin style experience, have a calm head and be strong in all sections of the kitchen. You must be able to demonstrate your passion for British seasonal produce.
