Rapport Housing and Care, one of the leading care and housing providers for older people in the south east, is looking for Carers to work part time days at Rogers House, our well established residential care home in Wigmore.

With new developments in the pipeline and an in-house training programme available to all staff, its an exciting time to join our team and get started in your new career.

If you are a caring and compassionate person with patience and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you.

Main duties include (but are not limited to):

o Assisting residents with all aspects of their personal care needs
o Supporting residents in their daily life eg: eating, activities, housekeeping etc
o Reading and updating daily records / care plans
o Answering emergency bells, telephone and entrance door, and greeting visitors.


SHIFT TIMES

Early: 07:30 - 14:00

Late: 14:30 - 21:30

o Are caring, compassionate, patient and understanding of older people
o Have an understanding of health and safety and the knowledge/ willingness to be trained in relevant procedures
o Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
o Understand different values and cultures
o Have good timekeeping skills and professionalism
