Temporary School Based Administrator with Sims experience

£10-11.00 per hour



Pearson Whiffin Education are working with a Maidstone based school who are looking for an experienced Administrator, ideally with School & Sims experience. This role will suit a well organised individual with excellent communication and people-based skills

You will be responsible in assisting the smooth running of the main office, providing support to the year admission process and provide cover and support to the reception team.

This role is ideally Monday to Friday position; however the school may consider 4 days a week. Hours 8am - 4, and Friday 8am - 3.30pm, term time, plus any inset days with one additional day during the summer holiday.

The role will be temporary until October, with the possibility of a permanent opportunity.

Candidates should have:

* Experience of using the SIMS system
* Strong and confident MS Office skills
* Excellent Communication ability
* A current DBS (or the willingness to obtain one)
* RTW for UK based work
