The company pride themselves on the service and care they provide their customers and the successful candidate will be dealing with enquiries, processing orders, customer returns and refunds in a fast paced and busy environment. Whilst working within an immediate team, candidates will also demonstrate adaptability and flexibility to support other colleagues as required, ensuring that the company's overall customer service standards are maintained at all times.
With an attractive starting salary of £21,000 - £23,000, this is an immediate starting position.
