We are working with an exciting manufacturing business who have a solid position in a unique market sector and they require a full time Bookkeeper to take in a fast paced and varied role at their HQ in Maidstone.
This role offers M-F working and can be from 25hrs up to 37.5 hrs per week with a flexible approach to how these are made up, however you will be required to be present in the office each day - this is not a WFH role.
You skills with using Zero and Quickbooks will be demonstrable and you will have some experience of both UK and International currency transactions.
The role is varied and will require the successful candidate to be capable in the following areas:
VAT / Payroll and Pension admin/Sales ledger / Purchase ledger/ Credit Control/ Management accounts/ Invoicing/ Bank reconciliations/ Forecasting, P&L and cash flow to name many of the areas required
You will note this is a standalone role with support and input from the hands on business owners and SLT and the successful person will work with a small team in the office.
This role is key to the expanding workforce and the plans for future growth in the business are advanced and this would be an exciting time for someone to secure the next step with this career opportunity
Salary is negotiable depending on experience and offers a location with parking available in the Parkwood area of Maidstone
